For participants arriving via plane at LAX there will be an 8 pm and 10 pm:
The UCLA Vanpool will be near Lower Level Terminal 1 (Southwest Airlines). It will be waiting from 8 pm and at 10 pm. There will be a SEA Admit volunteer holding a SEA Admit Sign.
Registration for those arriving by airport, pick up will take place in De Neve B1 Lounge.
For participants arriving via plane at LAX:
Contact the Transportation Coordinator Ethan Nguyen (endeavorous@gmail.com or (714) 837-1649). Notify him of your departure time and location so they can arrange a separate Van Service to pick you up. Provide them with following information:

Note: Students traveling from Northern Calif. and out-of-state, please remember to bring your student ID's and a government-issued ID (state ID, passport, or driver's license) as you will not be able to board your flight without them. In order to confirm your flight, please print out the document we sent to you and speak to a customer service representative at check-in. Please make sure that you arrive at the appropriate airline.
For participants arriving via FREE van transportation:
There are three sites for FREE van transportation. Please note these are only guaranteed for those who indicated they will be arriving by van during their confirmation phone call. If you indicated a different method of transportation, please email us by Wednesday, April 6 by 12 pm in order to get your name on the van list. We also REQUIRE a picture ID in order to board the van. Vans WILL DEPART WITHOUT YOU, so please come early!
(For those who are coming from Northern California or Central California can purchase an Amtrak ticket for Bakersfield and will be picked up at and purchase a departure ticket for Sunday April 10, departing after 7 pm)

For participants arriving via car:
Note that you will have to pay for self-parking per day at Lot 11. We highly discourage driving yourself because you will have to move your car everyday before 7 am to avoid a ticket. Each ticket is $50.
